New student system causes tuition payments to be deferred

While students are waiting to receive their financial aid letters in the mail, a number of lenders are withdrawing from the Federal Family Education Loan Program. On June 17, the California State Supreme Court overruled a ban on same-sex marriage. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger supported the ruling and allowed same sex marriage in the state.
